What’s acceptable for return or exchange?
Chic Lina does not give any exchanges nor any Refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your product you may RETURN it for store credits.
A return will ONLY be acceptable IF the product has been UNWORN, UNWASHED and clothing tags must still be intact.
If the product is not in its original state, you will not receive the store credits. We advise you to select your sizing carefully and contact email@example.com for any sizing inquiries. Please have a look at our size chart if you are unsure.
Chic Lina carefully inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged products is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

In case the product is defective or damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no cost. Please take a photo of the item and send it to our Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and email it to our customer support team with the description of the damage.
If you don’t wish to receive the replacement item, we will gladly refund the item in terms of store credits. You can use the credits to repurchase the item of your desire.You can request a Return for store credits within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
