SHIPPING INFO

All CHIC LINA Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 4.00 P.M EST, or on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business days.

Order processing time will take 4 – 5 business days. All orders are shipped via EPACKET and take 14 – 35 business days to arrive.

We work hard to ensure timely delivery of all customers’ orders.

If you still have not received your order within 50 days, most likely it is lost. Please email our customer service Support for a Replacement or a Refund. We will resend the package to you for free. Please be sure to give the correct address.

The shipping standard rate internationally is $7.
